Meghan Anne Jones is a proud mom of two, Kinesiologist, and a Master Trainer in GYROKINESIS®. She specializes in how breath affects movement patterns and its connection throughout the body. Since 1999, she has specialized continued education in pre- and post-natal movement and bodywork, focusing on tailored applications to support the body through all stages of pregnancy and recovery. Meghan believes that each individual has their own needs and that guided self exploration is the key to really understanding.

Who is this course for?

This course is for expecting moms or pregnancy partners looking to learn how to develop a holistic approach to to reduce anxiety, strengthen the pelvic floor, and prepare the mind and body for childbirth through guided breathing techniques.

Do I need a Shift to do this course?

No you do not need a Shift to participate in any of these lessons although Meghan includes guided breathing sessions using the Shift. One of the more important aspects of the Shift is that it serves as a physical tool to help you develop the techniques.

Is it just one course of a bunch of courses?

This is one comprehensive course with 5 units. You will learn how to find your pelvic floor, calm the mind and body through guided breathing techniques, and ease tension in the muscles that will play a vital role during delivery.

How long does it take to complete the course?

You’ll complete the course in under 20 minutes but always have access to the guided techniques so you can use them to build the habit until it becomes second nature.
