This course is led by Deepak Sharma, America’s Teen Life Mastery Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. It is designed for kids aged 16-22. Your teen will develop the growth mindset, mental clarity and emotional intelligence that will allow them to imagine and create their successful future.

Who is this course for?
Deepak designed this course for teens in high school and college. He will help your teen boost confidence, imagine an amazing future, and overcome doubt and anxiety. But, these skills are universal, and are not taught very often in school. We’d be lying if we didn’t also learn a thing or two or (or 10) as we watched it.
What ages is this course for?
The sweet spot for Deepak’s students is teens and young adults aged 16-22. But as we mentioned above, these are universal life skills people of all ages will find value in.
How long will I have access to this course?
FOR-EV-ER. Really, you can access and watch this course as long as you like.
Do I need a Shift to do this course?
No you do not need a Shift to participate in any of these lessons. The Active Shift was designed with teens in mind to help them reduce anxiety and stress in a fun and effective way. Deepak and many of his students have integrated the Shift into the course because it takes the guesswork out of breathwork. However, you and your teen will get all of the value from this course whether you use the Shift or not.
Is it just one course? Or a bunch of courses?
It’s one course, with 7 separate video lessons, plus 3 instructor-led breathing courses.
How long does it take to complete this course?
Each lesson is roughly 10-15 minutes long. Deepak recommends watching one video a day, and working through the prompts throughout the day, to fully absorb the lesson and get the full impact of each topic. These are some big ideas, so we don’t recommend rushing through them. But, you could watch them all in a day and become an expert fast and map out your future and your teen’s future too. And, you have lifetime access, so you can always rewatch the videos at any time.
