Imagine what you would feel like if you could control stress and anxiety. We didn’t dare imagine that at first, because we didn’t think it was possible and didn’t know how to begin. Then everything changed.

Seems a bit too simple, right?

We were feeling stressed and anxious and looking for a solution. We tried meditating, but our minds kept racing. So our friend and psychotherapist took the straw from his iced coffee, cut it in half, and told Todd to breathe through it for 5 minutes. After a euphoric first experience with breathwork, we were off and running.
